Bufferfly is a task capture, planning, and scheduling app designed to help you reduce mental clutter, organize work, and manage tasks. By using Bufferfly, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

When you purchase access to Bufferfly, you obtain the right to use our software and services. You retain ownership of the content and task data you create in Bufferfly. The Bufferfly app, platform, design, software, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Bufferfly.

Some features of Bufferfly require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan details are shown before purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at support@bufferfly.com.

We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment-related information as needed to provide the service. We may also collect technical and usage information, including cookies and device or browser data, to improve the product experience. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Bufferfly may offer optional calendar integration features, including Google Calendar sync. Use of these features is voluntary and requires your authorization. By enabling calendar integration, you allow Bufferfly to create, update, or remove calendar events connected to your scheduled tasks.

You agree to use Bufferfly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Bufferfly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for downtime, service interruptions, loss of data, bugs, inaccuracies, or indirect or consequential damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Bufferfly will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may notify you through the service or by email. Your continued use of Bufferfly after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
